Yes. Once you become a customer we ask that you utilize the small letter/legal size boxes. If you have the larger or odd size boxes, there is an additional charge. Boxes should weigh no more than 65 pounds so that an average person can lift it without difficulty.
Normally, if you notify us by 10:00 A.M., we will have it pulled for you the same day. If you call after 10:00 a.m., the box will be available the next day. If there is an emergency, we will work with you in that situation. We really try to make our process convenient for you. You can view the files at our location, send someone to pick them up, or, for an additional charge, we will deliver the box/boxes to you.
You must write on the outside of your box how you want to identify that box. It can be Box 1, Box 2, Accounts Payable 2017 or whatever you want. We do not look inside the boxes. Whatever is written on the outside of the box will be used to describe the box in the inventory list.
We only take cash or local checks except in special circumstances (subject to a processing fee). Taking credit and debit cards would cause us to raise our prices. We want to keep that minimum shredding job really low.
